Enhance your spiritual health & ability to manage stress through meditation!? No experience or sharing required. Open to all patients, visitors and staff.
Each week a Meditation Instructor and Duke Host will welcome you to join us for a special time of learning and practicing together.? We are a group of people with varied beliefs and practices; so, feel free to adjust the instructions to match your own style during quiet time. The weekly meditation sessions have been meeting for more than four years in the Duke Hospital Chapel along with the wonderful volunteer support of up to 15-rotating Community Meditation Instructors. It will now meet in the Quiet Room in the Duke Cancer Center.

10-min - Instruction in a Technique
15-min - Quiet Meditation Practice
05-min - Closing Comments / Q&A
